Terms & Conditions

Terms of use

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Welcome to Jesus The Way Daily. These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and us, and they govern your use of https://jesusthewaydaily.com, everything published on it, the products we sell, and any donations you make.

Please read them. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These Terms of Use are the operative agreement for this site. Where our Disclaimer page, product pages, or any other page appears to say something different, these Terms of Use apply.

1. Who we are

Site: Jesus The Way Daily, https://jesusthewaydaily.com
Operated by: Mariam Saleh
Country: Kenya
Email:jesusthewaydaily43@gmail.com
Contact page: https://jesusthewaydaily.com/contact/

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator named above. “You” means anyone using the site, buying a product, or making a donation.

2. Who may use this site

You may read this site at any age.

To buy a product or make a donation, you must be at least 18, which is the age of contractual capacity in Kenya, and you must be using a payment method you are authorised to use.

If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before submitting a comment, a prayer request, or your email address.

3. Our content and what you may do with it

Everything we publish on this site — articles, devotionals, written prayers, teaching, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, page design, and code — belongs to us or is used by us under licence.

You may:

  • read, print, and save content for your own personal and devotional use
  • share links to our pages freely, anywhere
  • quote short passages with credit and a link back to the original page
  • read a prayer or devotional aloud in a personal, family, or small-group setting

You may not:

  • republish a full article, prayer, or devotional on another website, blog, app, or social account, whether or not you credit us
  • use our content or our name commercially, including in paid products, paid newsletters, or monetised videos
  • copy our content into AI training datasets or use automated tools to bulk-collect it
  • remove our name, watermark, or attribution from anything
  • present our content as your own

If you would like to use something in a way this section doesn’t allow, email us. We say yes more often than not, particularly to churches and small ministries.

4. Products we sell

What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products — prayer guides, devotional journals, printable planners, and bundles. Everything in our shop is a digital file. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars (USD) and include no taxes. If your bank or card issuer applies a currency conversion or a foreign transaction fee, that is between you and them, and we don’t receive it.

Payment is taken through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Before you buy

Before you complete a purchase you will see the product description, the price, the file format, and a link to these terms, and you will need to confirm that you accept them. You can review and correct your order before paying. Please do read the product description — it tells you what format the file is in and what you’ll receive.

Delivery

Your download is made available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and we email you a copy of your order together with the download link.

If your download fails, the link expires before you’ve used it, or the file won’t open, email us and we will send it to you directly. Please do this rather than requesting a refund — a broken download is almost always something we can fix in a few minutes.

What you may do with a product you’ve bought

When you buy one of our digital products, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for you and your household.

You may:

  • download the file and keep it
  • print it as many times as you like, for yourself and the people you live with
  • write in it, use it daily, and use it for as long as you want

You may not:

  • resell it, give the file away, or share it in a group, channel, or drive
  • distribute it across a church, prayer group, school, or organisation
  • include it in a bundle, course, or membership, whether free or paid
  • edit it and present it as your own work, or claim authorship
  • sell it as a template, printable, or “PLR” product

Churches and groups: if you want to use one of our products across a congregation, prayer group, or organisation, email us. We offer group licences and the price is reasonable.

Refunds

Digital files can’t be returned, but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with something that doesn’t work.

We will refund you in full, within 14 days of purchase, if:

  • the file is faulty, corrupted, or won’t open
  • you can’t download it and we can’t fix it for you
  • the product is materially different from how we described it
  • you were charged twice, or charged in error

Outside those cases, email us and tell us what happened. We would rather give you your money back than have you feel you wasted it on something meant to help you pray. We handle these case by case, and we don’t ask you to justify yourself.

Nothing in this section takes away the rights Kenyan consumer law gives you, including the statutory warranty that what we sell you is of reasonably merchantable quality. We do not try to exclude that, and we couldn’t if we wanted to.

If you are buying from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital and available immediately, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that you give up that withdrawal right once you download. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, don’t tick that box — email us instead and we’ll arrange your purchase differently.

5. Donations

You can support this ministry through our Give page.

What a donation is. A donation is a voluntary gift. You receive no product, service, or entitlement in return for it. Donations help cover hosting, design, software, video production, and the cost of keeping the content on this site free.

We are not a registered charity. jesus the way daily is not a registered nonprofit or charitable organization, and your donation is not tax-deductible. If you need a tax-deductible receipt, please give to a registered charity instead — we would genuinely rather tell you this now than have you discover it later.

How donations are processed. Card and PayPal donations are handled by PayPal. Mobile money donations are handled by Paystack, which processes M-Pesa payments on our behalf. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment itself.

Refunds on donations. If you gave by mistake, gave the wrong amount, or someone used your phone or card without permission, email us within 30 days and we will refund you. We will not ask you to explain.

Recurring gifts. If you set up a recurring donation, you can cancel it at any time through your PayPal or Paystack account, or by emailing us and we’ll cancel it for you.

6. Comments, prayer requests, and anything else you send us

Your responsibility

When you post a comment, submit a prayer request, or send us a testimonial, you confirm that it is yours to send, and that it is not copied from someone else, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, unlawful, misleading, spam, or advertising.

Please do not include other people’s private information in a prayer request. Describe the situation rather than naming and identifying someone who hasn’t agreed to be named.

What we do with it

Prayer requests are private. We will never publish your prayer request, or any identifying part of it, in a post, email, video, or on social media unless you give us separate written permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store and delete them.

Comments are public. Anything you post in a comment can be read by anyone, and by posting it you give us permission to display it, and to keep displaying it, on the page where you posted.

Testimonials. If you send us a testimony and we would like to share it, we will ask you first, and we will ask you how you want to be named.

Moderation

We may monitor, edit, or remove anything posted on this site, and we may block someone from posting. We are not obliged to, and we don’t pre-read everything. If you see something that shouldn’t be there, please tell us.

Comments reflect the views of whoever wrote them, not ours.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of something you posted, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result. This applies only to claims arising from your own submission, and only where the claim results from your breach of this section.

7. This is not professional advice

Everything on this site is for spiritual encouragement, teaching, and general information.

It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it. If you are unwell, in crisis, in debt, or facing a legal problem, please speak to a qualified professional. Prayer and professional help are not alternatives to each other.

If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now. This website cannot help you in an emergency.

We do not promise outcomes. Some of our content and products speak about breakthrough, healing, financial provision, and deliverance. These reflect our faith and our understanding of Scripture. They are not guarantees that any particular thing will happen for you, in any particular timeframe, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific result. Your walk with God is your own.

8. Affiliate links and advertising

Some pages contain affiliate links, including through the Amazon Associates Programme. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains this in full.

We display advertising to fund the site. We don’t control which ads appear, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement by us.

Affiliate and advertising relationships never change what we write or what we recommend.

9. Links to other websites

We link to other sites where we think they’ll be useful. We don’t control them, we don’t endorse everything on them, and we’re not responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your data. Once you leave our site, their terms apply, not ours.

10. The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this site accurate, available, and safe, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.”

We don’t promise that the site will always be available or uninterrupted, that it will be free of errors, bugs, or viruses, that every page is complete or current, or that any file will work with every device.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site, including products in our shop, at any time.

11. Our liability to you

What we don’t accept liability for. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this site, from anything you read here, from any decision you make based on it, or from the site being unavailable.

What we do not attempt to exclude. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for the statutory warranty of reasonably merchantable quality under section 5 of the Kenya Consumer Protection Act, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of it still applies.

Cap on our liability. Where we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to whichever is greater: the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50.

Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here reduces those rights.

12. If you think we’ve infringed your copyright

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email us at [hello@jesusthewaydaily.com] with “Copyright complaint” in the subject line and include:

  • the specific page URL where the material appears
  • a description of the work you say has been infringed, and where your original is
  • your name and contact details
  • a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner
  • a statement that the information you’ve given is accurate

We take these seriously. We will look into it promptly and remove or credit the material where your complaint is well founded. If you are an artist or photographer and we’ve used your work without proper licence, please tell us — it will have been a mistake, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

13. Suspending access

We may restrict or block your access to the site, without notice, if you breach these terms, if you post unlawful or abusive content, if you resell or redistribute our products, or if you attempt to attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top.

For a purchase, the terms that apply are the ones published when you bought. For general use of the site, continuing to use it after we publish a change means you accept the change. If we make a significant change, we’ll say so on the site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living outside Kenya, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your own local courts.

Before going to court, please email us. Almost everything — a failed download, a refund, a mistaken donation, a credit request — is resolved in a single message. We would much rather sort it out with you directly.

16. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remain in force.

No waiver. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we don’t lose it.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer, form the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the site changes hands, and we’ll say so on the site if that happens.

Events outside our control. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our host or payment providers, power or network failures, or acts of government.
